SRW 2026 · A non-archival student track at iSAI-NLP 2026
The Student Research Workshop is a dedicated track where undergraduate and graduate students present early-stage research, get feedback from senior researchers, and meet the AI community in Southeast Asia. Submissions are non-archival, so presenting here does not prevent you from submitting the same work to a top-tier conference later.
Submission deadline in
Undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled at an academic institution.
A 2-page extended abstract (non-archival). Well suited to early-stage work or ideas you intend to develop into a full paper.
A limited number of travel grants will be awarded to outstanding submissions.
Poster sessions, lightning talks, and small-group mentoring with senior researchers.
Please note: this workshop is non-archival and will not be indexed in the IEEE database. Your work stays free for future submission elsewhere.
All deadlines are 23:59 Anywhere on Earth (AoE) unless stated otherwise.

We welcome submissions across all areas of AI, including applications in natural language processing, computer vision, robotics, speech and signal processing, cybersecurity, data analytics, embedded systems, generative AI, IoT, machine learning, and smart industrial technologies.
